This conference will address current issues in financial regulation. As in previous conferences, participants will include academics, regulators and practitioners.

SPEAKERS: Confirmed speakers include: Itay Goldstein, Jonathan Macey, David Scharfstein and Dr. Sharon Brown-Hruska

TOPICS: We are interested in papers on all topics in financial regulation. These topics include, but are not limited to, bond market liquidity, designation of SIFIs, the impact of the Volcker Rule, centralized clearing, high frequency trading, and fiduciary responsibilities of brokers.

Academic paper presenters can choose between having us pay travel expenses or a $1500 honorarium.

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: Papers should be submitted to Paul Schultz at pschultz@nd.edu. There is no submission fee. The deadline for paper submissions is June 15th.
