#1y1c One Year One Change:
What Change Do You Want to See in Africa by 2013?
Change aims to transform, to make a difference. The One Year One Change campaign is asking you to share your vision for a better Africa and make an impact in your neighbourhood.
The World Economic Forum is travelling to Ethiopia for the first time to bring together the voices of Africa to help shape and transform the region. You, too, can get involved and contribute to the meeting.
As one of the world’s most followed international organizations online, the World Economic Forum wants to help turn your vision for your Africa into actionable change.
What change do you want to see in Africa by 2013? Do you want a change to improve water access? Do you want interest free student loans? Do you want a switch to safe and reliable public transport? Do you want a change to internet access?
Share with us the change you want to see in Africa in the next 12 months below as a comment and we will take your ideas to the World Economic Forum on Africa in Addis Ababa on 9 May, connecting them with the people who can create the action to transform your country and improve your region.
More than 700 participants at the meeting, including heads of state and government, regional experts and business leaders, will be available to record video responses to your proposals for change at the onsite social media corner. How are they working to transform your vision into reality?
To post your change: Join the conversation and post your change as a comment below and we will collect them and take them Addis Ababa on 9 May.
