Here is my original message maybe you have poor reading skills -
I plan on only doing a charge back if I don't get a refund, you state your proxies are perfect for SEO, so I was like great, I put them into SEO Autopilot and bam proxy banned banned and banned every time it accessed Xevil to crack a captcha bam banned banned so no your proxies are devices that are strictly software-only. true or false are not good for SEO.

So yes, a refund would be nice or I will do a chargeback costing you more money and more of my valuable time.

Trial or regular payment if the proxies are not good for SEO then why say it.

We have dozens of customers actively using our proxies for SEO, especially Scrapebox which we offer Scrapebox Proxies for. We provided those same proxies for your trial.

It’s just impossible for us to make guarantees about how the proxies will work for your SEO-related usage. This is mainly because software and settings used with the proxies vary so widely.

Trials are meant for you to get a feel for the proxies, instead of being guaranteed to work for any SEO usages. After all, it’s just a trial.

We’ll be looking out for your chargeback and if we lose it we’ll pass it onto our collections team.

I love companies that think customer service means nothing, instead of you offering me some advise or a refund you send that reply.
I come to find out after speaking with the developer of Xrumer and Xevil it was an issue with the software and not your proxies, they fixed it, and was going to advise if I could have another trial but now forget it, I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone.

Keep the $5 but expect a negative reviews everywhere and anywhere in the numerous SEO forums, Social Media forums, and on social media.
I will just use these emails as evidence. So in closing you lost not one customer but many customers whom would have spent more than $5 on a monthly basis, so sad that your customer service sucked.
